Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your Plus subscription at any time. After cancellation, you can continue using Plus features until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Within 14 days of payment: Full refund is available, no questions asked.
  • Service outage: Pro-rated refund for periods when the service was unavailable due to outages.
  • Duplicate charges: Immediate refund upon confirmation of duplicate payment.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at ai.agent.yh@gmail.com or through Paddle support. Payments are processed through Paddle, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.

4. Free Plan

The Free plan is free of charge, so no refund process applies.
